Allied Health Expert Witness assessment and reporting
Tierney Associates provide Allied Health Experts to assess the cost of injuries and disability in personal injury and clinical negligence matters. Our services are welcomed by legal experts, insurers and private claimants.
Following an assessment, our Experts identify the needs of the injured individual and establish the cost of rehabilitation, further therapy, equipment and housing adaptations, and care required by the Claimant.
We take an ethical, impartial and holistic approach in our assessments, considering the past, present and future needs of the client as well as the caregivers and family.
We ensure that all reports are completed in an efficient and timely manner and provide consultation, further comment and Court Attendance as necessary. We welcome instructions from Plaintiff or Defence parties.
